SECTION 1-
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur the full appointment fee.
• To avoid fees, please contact us directly to reschedule appointments before the 72-hour cut-off.
SECTION 2-
Free Reschedule:
• Each booking includes one free reschedule. This must be done in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, it will result in a loss of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to complete the rebooking.
SECTION 3-
Deposits:
• All deposits paid to secure your appointment are non-refundable.
• If your appointment has been added manually without a deposit charge by one of our team members, we may contact you to request that you pay your deposit via our payment link.

Data Protection and GDPR Compliance:
• We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant data protection laws.
• Your personal data will be collected, processed, and stored only for the purposes necessary to provide you with our services.
• We retain your data for as long as legally required or for the duration necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing. This may include the length of time required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
